Yes. Your room rate covers meals at every restaurant on-property, drinks at the bars (including premium), 24-hour room service, the pools, the beach, the fitness center, and most resort activities. Spa treatments and a small list of premium experiences are à la carte. You will not be handing over a credit card at dinner.

Yes — round-trip transfers between CUN and Excellence Coral are included for every guest in our room block! No separate site or taxi-stand confusion. You’ll schedule pickup directly through the Excellence Collection site after booking. We’ll send a step-by-step walkthrough closer to the date.

Yes — Excellence Coral is 18+, no exceptions. This applies to the wedding events as well. We adore your kids, but they will not be able to stay at the resort or attend the events with us.

Yes, absolutely, and we’d love to have you. Because the resort is adults-only, you’ll need childcare back home. Thanks for understanding!

If your save-the-date or invitation included a plus-one, yes — please bring them, and book the room as a double. If you’re unsure whether your invite includes a plus-one, just ask us.

Please reach out before booking. The resort has limited capacity for day-pass guests during a wedding week, and we have to coordinate it through the planner. Staying off-property means missing meals, missing pool time, missing the lobby-bar hours of the week — we’d much rather have you in the block.

Cancún International (CUN). It’s the only airport we’d recommend — it’s a thirty-minute drive north to the resort.

Aim for Friday, May 14 so you can be on-resort and rested for the welcome events on May 15 & wedding on May 16. Please note the three-night stay requirement.

Monday, May 17 (day after wdding) is the natural end of the weekend. However, the group rate is good through Thursday, May 20, and the wedding couple are departing on May 18.

U.S. citizens need a valid passport to enter Mexico. No visa is required for short-term tourism. Please check your passport now — it should be valid through at least November 2027 to be safe (six months past your return). Renewals can run several months, so don’t wait.

After you book through the promo code, log into your reservation on the Excellence Collection site and add your flight details under transfers. Round-trip CUN service is automatic for guests at the group rate with a three-night minimum. We’ll share a one-page how-to closer to the date.

Honestly, perfect! While it's warm and humid, daytime highs in the upper eighties, evenings in the upper seventies. Mid-May is the tail end of the dry season — occasional brief showers are possible but rare. Pack sunscreen, a light layer for evening, and something for the breeze on the beach.

The resort runs on both pesos and U.S. dollars; credit cards are accepted everywhere. Because it’s all-inclusive, tipping is not required, but it is appreciated by the staff who take care of us all week. We’d suggest bringing a stack of small U.S. bills for the bartenders, housekeeping, and the people who quietly make everything work.

Beach formal across the board — think linen, light fabrics, dresses you can move in. The welcome and rehearsal events are slightly more relaxed; the wedding itself is the dress-up night of the week. Detailed guidance will go out closer to the date.

No — but both events will take place outdoors. The ceremony will take place in the Gazebo, covered for all guests. Then, the reception will take place on the rooftop lounge (string-lights & uncovered). The resort has covered backup space if the weather turns.

Of course! This resort is Jess-approved. Please let us know in advance — the resort is incredible at accommodating dietary restrictions, and of course, gluten free.

No — the resort and the wedding events are both adults-only (18+). We promise we’ll send photos!

Yes — our photographer is Seasons Photo Studio, and we’ll share images with everyone after the wedding. We’d love for you to take and share your own photos, too. A shared album link will go up here closer to the date. (Shared album — TBD.)

No registry — and please, no gifts. Your presence is the only present we need. Flying to Mexico to celebrate with us is already so much more than enough. If you’d been planning to spend something on us, please put it toward your trip instead.
